Sermon Notes that Add Up

Finding something for kids to do while sitting in big church is a pressure parents sometimes put on the children’s minister.  Susan O’Dell, Children’s Minister of FBC Muskogee Oklahoma submitted a proven winner!  You have probably played this great game in the car while driving with your children.  Think about playing the alphabet game while listening to the preacher’s sermon.  You can offer a surprise or even a “high five” to each child that completes his sheet.  Collect the papers and put them in the pastor’s mailbox.  Susan said her pastor was shocked that he said all those words.  Proof that kids hear what we say, so be careful little mouth…

Was unable to pull up Sermon Notes That Add Up article by Susan O’Dell in either Word or the PDF version. Could be my lack of computer expertise, but you might check on your end. Thanks.

      Jeff,

Try right clicking on the link and choosing “save target as” or “save link as” and save it to your computer and then opening it up.

There is definitely a problem with the Word format. I tried both methods. Also, the alphabet game that Mark references is a different game sheet than the PDF file. “Sermon Notes that Add Up” is a math version of the game for logical numerical kids.
