- Gather:
- Pom pom balls (I used colors of blue)
- Paper towel tube
- 6-7 jumbo popsicle sticks
- Scrap piece of cardboard
- 1 set of googly eyes
- Scissors
- Glue
- Instructions:
- Cut down your tube to where it is just a little shorter than your popsicle sticks
- Glue your popsicle sticks all the way around your tube and let dry
- Glue your pom pom balls all the way around and let dry
- Glue down your set of eyes
- Glue down a piece of cardboard to the bottom
