Materials Needed:
- Paper Plate (White or Colored)
- 2 Paint Colors (1 color for painting the plate, if needed; and 1 color for painting the cup)
- Foam or Plastic Cup
- Construction Paper
- Brown Pom Poms or Filler Paper
- White and Colorful Pom Poms (or stickers, sequins, etc.)
- Glue
- Cotton Balls
- Paint Brush
- Scissors
