This product is shipped to you in a tall narrow box with eight 4’x8’ adhesive paper panels including:

Assembly:

Set Up:

There are various optional set up methods to use with these decorations. Check out the set-up page for video tutorials to walk you through, or see the information below:

• If you want to add the feet to stand your panel like I put on my panels, purchase eight shelf brackets and some one-inch bolts with nuts from the home improvement store.  I simply placed the bracket against the panel flush to the ground (or a flat surface), then punched a hole through the panel with an open paperclip.  Pushed the small bolt through the hole in the bracket, the panel, and the bracket on the backside and tightened the nut to secure.  Repeated the remaining two holes.  I found that one foot on each side was enough because I taped the panels across the seams on the back using Mavalus Tape to avoid any gaps and it gave plenty of strength to the prop. 
• Adding lights were not difficult at all but it does make a bit of a mess.  I used incandescent C-7 lights because LED lights were not a warm light.  I tested the lights for heat safety and there was no problem with heat or scorching the paper.  After a full day of being on, I could still touch the bulb without it burning my fingers. Drill holes with a half inch paddle bit, use your finger to clear away any remaining pieces or debris.  When pushing a light in from the back you will notice it will be snug.  That is good.  Think first where you want the plug to be located so the strand is correct the first time.
• To make the switch, I used an empty Amazon box to fit the width of the hole, approximately 18x14x10 inches.  Wrap the box in white paper.  Next, cut and X halfway up on each side of the box at the back of the switch then push a dowel rod through the box for the switch to be able to toggle up and down (see pics).  Secure the dowel rod to back of the foam panel so it does not move.  If the box is not tight enough in the hole to not fall down when switched on, add a couple of Velcro dots to the top of the switch (box) and where it comes into contact with the switch hole to be sure the switch stays up and the lights stay on.
• Setting Up Your Earth– The two halves of the earth sign was taped together with Mavalus tape. Using Pole and Drape poles, bases, and cross bar, we used open paper clips S-shape to punch into the back of the foam panel and hang on the crossbar.  Secured with Mavalus Tape for stability.
