Welcome Centers 

Welcome centers are a must.  People entering your facility will be searching for information.  They can find information on signage and maps but when there is a real, live-breathing person wearing a smile, you know they will be more satisfied.   Be sure to mark your welcome center clearly so guests can find it.  Remove any clutter so counters are clear and useful.  This is a place where leftover stuff seems to gather so be mindful of debris and store it or trash it.  Here are some ideas for welcome center signage and decorations.
