Hey Hey Friends!
I am thrilled to show you our new Halloween and Thanksgiving Decorations. In fact, they are the perfect add on to the Fall Decorations. The fall set includes everything you need for the fall including the pumpkins, leaves, lattes, and more. THEN, you can add or replace pieces with Halloween themed decor. Following that, you can do the same thing with the Thanksgiving decorations! It only took me minutes, and I also hung up some of the candy corn from the ceiling. You simply download the art, print (I would recommend card stock), and then cut out the pieces to hang on the door or bulletin board!
I hope this is the perfect and easy solution for your classroom(s) this season!

Climbing Critters Craft
I love this craft! I think this will definitely be something I use in VBS this year too- it’s so fun! Try it out, and let me know what you think.
Supplies Needed
- 3 foot pieces of yarn
- Plastic straw cut into 1” pieces
- Ruler
- Tape
- Pennies
- Pony beads
- Card stock
- Scissors
- Markers
Instructions
- Draw a critter on your construction paper. Draw your animal as if you’re looking down on it. Turtles, butterflies, ladybugs, caterpillars, and fish are good animals to start with.
- Color and cut out your critter.
- Flip over your critter and tape two straw pieces about two inches apart in the middle.
- Tape a penny to the bottom.
- Thread your piece of yarn through the straws, so you have a loop at the top and the ends hanging down.
- Tie a bead to the bottom of each end of the yarn, so they don’t slip back through the straws.
- Hang your critter from a door knob and pull the yarn tails. Pull the yarn to the sides, so they make contact with the inside of the straws.
- When you drop the yarn, your critter will zoom back down to the bottom, ready for another climb.
