This week we have this fun paper sack book craft and great games that may be of use to you! This crafted book can be used for a mission lesson on evangelism; children can simply color in it as a gift to mom, dad, or a friend; or they can even use it through the year as a weekly memory verse tool. I hope you are able to find a perfect use for this craft in your classroom. We also have Bible Book Hop mats, Bible Book Mega Mats, Alphabet Hop Mats, and more to assist you in this season! Check it out:
Gather:
- Paper sacks
- 6-inch stick
- Hole punch
- Scissors
- Hair elastics
Create:
- Cut the bottoms from the bags.
- Fold bag in half.
- Punch 2 holes in the folded sides. (Distance will depend on your hair elastic. You want it to hold the stick snugly when the elastic is pulled through the holes and the stick is inserted.)
- Personalize with drawings & stickers. Small items can be nestled in the pockets.
Bible Book Hop Mats: The Bible Drill season is here, so I’m gearing up! I wanted to show you guys the Bible Hop Mats that I use. It’s a little bit like twister, but the kids get to practice their Bible skills. Click here to check them out!
In addition, we have Mega Mats useful for Bible Skills AND preschool/ educational hop mats that are perfect for practicing the alphabet and numbers and for spelling as words become more difficult as they grow.
