Refund policy
Please check your order when it arrives. Be sure to open the package and check that it is correct and meets your satisfaction. Waiting until the week just before your event might be too close to actually receive any replacement items in time.
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, Mr. Mark’s Classroom can refund you within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received to our facility in quality condition to be sold again. Some product types listed below are excluded from refund capabilities:
- Seasonal items, like Vacation Bible School decorations, can be returned in quality condition for resale within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping) before May 31 of the year being sold. VBS decorations returned within 30 days of purchase in quality condition for resale in the month of June of that year being sold, can receive a refund for half the purchase (excluding shipping) until June 30. No refunds will be issued after June 30 for VBS decorations sold in that year.
- Printed products that are not meant to be assembled or cut out (posters, scene setters, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Customized products are non-refundable.
