Shipping policy

Currently, all items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.  All VBS decorations ship via Fedex, UPS, or USPS depending on the address and box size. All non-customized orders are shipped out within 24 business hours. Customized orders are shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. 

Expedited Shipping– A customer may need to receive an order sooner so we provide an option at check-out for “Expedited Processing” which means the order is moved to the front of the line and most often processed and mailed the same day of purchase unless the Post Office is closed. Our team rushes all expedited orders for the fastest delivery possible.

Delivery Notification– A receipt is emailed to the customer when the purchase is completed. A second notification is emailed when the order has shipped. The notification will include a tracking number to know where the order is located. Simply copy the tracking number and paste it in the Google Search bar then “enter” and it will locate the order’s location and estimated delivery.
