Gather:
- 1 paper towel tube
- White cardstock
- Red paint
- Blue paint
- Paper plate
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Take your paper towel tube and cut slits all the way around one end and spread them outwards
- Drizzle red and blue paint on your paper
- Start dipping your paper towel tube gently in the paint
- Press your paper towel tube on the paper
- Continue till you’re happy with how it looks
