Each child will need 3 or more paper plates, yarn, and a variety of paper. Use paper or markers to create a face on each plate.
Use templates to trace accessories for each snowman. After completing each snowman, attach yarn to the back of each plate with tape, providing 10 to 12 inches of space between each snowman face. Snowflakes can also be inserted between faces to lengthen the garland.
