- Step 1- Lay gray sheets on floor to be the inside observation deck
- Step 2- Stand the aquarium walls/windows across the front of the sea screen. Secure each panel seam with gray duct tape or aluminum tape
- Step 3-Add stand up hatch door
- Step 4- Hang emergency scuba tanks
- Step 5-Add roped off area with spray painted (black) new toilet plungers. Drill holes through the top section of each handle to thread clothesline rope through
- Step 6- Add an Observation Area sign
- Step 7- Add lighting. Place black lights behind the wall to illuminate the sea scene, and create a glow. Place lighting in front of the wall or clip-on lights along the top to shine down the wall
