Do you need ideas for decorating your VBS classroom? Do you have time to create and paint all these items on paper and cardboard? Save time and just use these big stickers and be done. In this video, I give you a tour of this classroom set up and all ready to host a class in VBS. The large locker room kit comes with four eight-foot self-adhesive posters (two lockers, trophy case, awards and trophies, bats, balls and equipment, coach’s door, backpacks, and large banners).
These posters can be taped to the wall for a quick set up and reused later. Or you can peel the film off the back and stick them to the wall. If you choose to stick the lockers and trophy case to cardboard, it only takes a few minutes to adhere the sticker to the cardboard and it stores flat. That’s good for when you are hauling everything to the church or VBS location. One locker room kit and you’re done! Locker Room Decorations (assembly instructions)
These large posters fill the room and are safe on sheetrock type of wall surfaces. Also, they can be removed safely with no damage. If you plan to reuse the decoration posters for other wall surfaces, leave the protective film on the back and secure it to the wall with MavalusTape. *Note- do not stick to white erasable marker boards.
Three Dimensional Props
Create an outstanding scene using easy to make 3-D Props that can stand alone.
Lockers
Trim the edges of locker panels with scissors. Stick the panel down to the cardboard or foam sheet. Watch the video demonstration here.
Cut away any extra cardboard and score down the edge of the locker corner (dotted line). Be careful not to cut all the way through. Bend back the side of the locker so it will stand on its own. *Note- Foam sheet material will not bend and will need to be secured with packing tape on the back to be able to stand alone.
Repeat with the other lockers and stand up together. Tape it from behind to join the lockers together. Folds flat for easy moving and storage.
Trophy Shelf
Cut out the trophy shelf with scissors. Stick the picture down to the cardboard or foam sheet. Watch the video demonstration.
Cut away any extra cardboard and score down the edge of the locker corners of the trophy case. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Bend back the side of the locker so it will stand on its own. *Note- Foam sheet material will not bend and will need to be secured with packing tape on the back to be able to stand alone.
