- Two pink swim noodles
- Pink socks
- Cut noodles in half and various lengths
- Bunch together and tie in a bouquet around the base
- Cut top open on socks and slide over noodle tops roll down then pull up to the top edge to create a rounded top lip for the pool noodle.
