Gather:
- 4 “bases” – one for first base, second base, third base, and home plate. These could be construction paper, paper plates, etc.
- Dice
Prepare: Set up the bases.
Teach:
- Divide students into two teams.
- The pitcher calls out a book of the Bible to the student who is up to bat.
- The batter names the book of the Bible before and after that book.
- The batter then rolls the dice to see what where he/she goes.
- 1 is a single
- 2 is a double
- 3 is a triple
- 4 is a foul ball
- 5 is an out
- 6 is a homerun
- The next batter goes up and follows the same procedure.
- After three outs, the teams switch places.
- The team with the most runs at the end of the time wins!
