Opening Question to Discuss:
What is the most memorable meal you’ve ever had or what is your favorite meal? Do you remember every meal you’ve ever eaten?
Not every meal is memorable, but every meal matters.
We need to eat to keep our physical bodies healthy. God created our bodies to use food as fuel to keep running and if we don’t eat, we get weak and sick.
