Materials: Sweetened condensed milk, food coloring, ice cube tray or 2 oz. cups, white cardstock, paintbrushes, and measuring spoons
Mix 2 T. of sweetened condensed milk with your choice of food coloring.
Use paintbrush to create design on the cardstock. Allow 30 minutes to dry. Dries with a high gloss finish.
