“For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save the lost.” Luke 19:10
Supplies:
- Old (or new) adult-size glove
- Cotton balls or batting
- Felt scraps
- Variety of buttons (optional)
- Googly eyes (optional)
- Rubber band
- Index cards
- Markers
- Scissors
- Quick drying craft glue
Instructions:
- Stuff the “fingers and the hand” part of glove with cotton balls or batting, stopping about one to two inches from the bottom of the glove. (Gently pull cotton balls apart and then stuff into glove – make sure not to pack it too tight.)
- Gather the bottom of the filled glove and seal it closed with a rubber band. Flip the remainder of the glove back up to cover the area that is sealed with a rubber band. This will create the base on which your handy caddy with stand.
- Use craft glue to attach felt and buttons to create your handy helper design.
- Write or pre-print the weekly Bible verse on index cards for the caddy to hold.
