No one wants there to be an accident where kids get hurt, but it happens. Here is a great report form from LifeWay Christian Resources you can keep on hand. Grab file folder and run several copies of the report form and keep them on file with the first aid supplies so you and other teachers can get it quickly.
You might think, “I’ll fill out the report later” but you won’t have time and your memory stinks. You need this close by for easy access. Write a large note on the folder that says for anyone administering first aid to contact you or other childhood staff members immediately. Be prepared.
