Supplies:
- Jumbo craft stick
- Permanent markers (Black and Orange)
- Clear bubble sticker
Instructions:
- Draw a basketball on one end of the stick.
- Add lines to indicate bouncing.
- Place the bubble sticker over the ball.
Kids can use the stick as a reading wand. When they are ready to stop reading it also makes a great bookmark.
Optional:
Help kids to add a favorite Bible verse or decorate the stick with their team’s colors.
Bible Books Championship Bracket
This Bible Books Championship Bracket Chart can be printed on 11 x 17 paper or larger. Invite kids to take turns finding the books you call from the chart. The first book to be found advances in the bracket! March Madness starts with 66 teams and quickly eliminates two for 64 teams. There are 66 books in the Bible, but I removed Genesis and Revelations from the bracket since they are so easy to find. Play as individuals or on teams. Which book do you think will be the fastest book found? My kids loved this when we played it. Print this chart every year. It’s a resource you can use again and again.
