Look at this! I met some new friends from Eagle Heights Baptist Church and they told me about their fancy and affordable benches. Look at this picture! They zip tied four milk crates together to be the bench. Next, they cut a piece of plywood to fit over the top. They added foam pad and decorative fabric by stapling it to the underside of the board. Finally, they secured it to the milk crates by zip ties because they drilled holes in the boards underneath so they could loop the zip tie and fasten it to the milk crate. This made it even more solid.
