In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth. Genesis 1:1
Supplies:
- Blue paper plate
- 11 x 17 blue construction paper
- Green tissue paper or napkins
- Cotton Balls
- Star Stickers
- Scissors
- Glue
- Marker
- Globe
Prepare:
Cut or tear small green pieces of tissue paper (or napkins).
Instructions:
- Read Genesis 1:1 to the boys and girls and invite them to look at the globe.
- Guide the kids to glue the green paper on their blue paper plate to represent the continents.
- Glue the paper plate on to the blue construction paper.
- Glue a few cotton balls on the blue paper above the plate to represent clouds.
- Add adhesive stars above the clouds. Write Genesis 1:1 or another verse about God’s creation.
