Cut one plate in half and attach to full plate to form a pocket. Make turkey head/face and attach with tape or glue to front side of full plate.  Add tail feathers made from traced hands. Attach two clothespins to the back with glue dots to create a standing turkey. Each evening at dinner, ask everyone to write down something for which they are thankful. On Thanksgiving, take turns reading the notes out loud.
