- Step 1- Locate a focal wall by choosing a corner of the room that is easily seen from the entrance door
- Step 2- Hang two king size flat sheets (blue or turquoise) with large binder clips to create a solid backdrop (If hanging in front of windows, be sure to cover the windows to block any natural light)
- Step 3- Pin two different shades of blue tulle as waves or currents across the sheets
- Step 4- Add fish cut-outs to the backdrop and hanging form fishing line attached to ceiling
- Step 5- Lay tan sheets as floor covering for the sandy sea bottom. Create different levels and heights by inserting pillows under the sheets
- Step 6- Add large rocks
- Step 7- add small rocks
- Step 8- Add coral and seaweed props
