- Construction foam board
- Quilters batting
- Printed texture fabric
- Hot knife or utility knife
- Screwdriver
- Cut the rock shape desired from the foam board
- Cut batting to fit each rock shape
- Lay the fabric over the rock shape and batting
- Using a screwdriver, push sections of the layers into the foam working from the center out. Tucks will give a 3-D appearance.
- Fold over excess fabric to the back and tape down edges on the back
