This has been such a good year in ministry. Yes, there was a ton of work to do and many opportunities to switch to Plan- B, but it is always so great to see how God moves and works in and through us. I think I baptized the most children we have baptized since coming here six years ago. That is so incredible! We had a great summer camp, terrific VBS (tThe boys won!), Mother/ Son Camp-In, Father/ Son Camp-Out, a terrific group of kids advanced all the way to the Oklahoma State Bible Drill, and more.
The team of teachers that God has assembled here has such beautiful hearts filled with determination to teach kids the Bible and talk about God’s gift of salvation. They are inspiring! I just pray that God grants us wisdom and His leadership as we invest our lives teaching these children and encouraging their parents. I pray He allows us to see Him working so we can join Him.
I’m amazed at how the Lord has blessed the reach of Mr. Mark’s Classroom as we seek to champion Kid’s Ministry. It has been such a privilege to be invited in to your ministry locations with training and resources to empower your efforts even greater. I look forward to 2019 and all that God wants to do through each of us.
I need to thank the most incredible team that God has provided for Mr. Mark’s Classroom. I’m so blessed to work with such high-caliber people who love children’s ministry and desire to see Christ shared with every child we can help reach. The skills and gifts these people have are superior and I am shocked that God has led each of them to partner, support, and create to get the work done each and every week. I have such deep gratitude for these men and women and what they do to carry us forward. Thank you all so very much for sharing your life and love through this ministry!
I wish you a very Merry Christmas with lots of love with family and friends and hopefully some time to relax and get some rest before we start up a new year. I have big plans for 2019 and I will share those in January, but for now join me in celebrating our wonderful Savior and a God who deeply loves each and every one of us!
